About Breathwork
The breath is the through-line to the subtle body, the soul, the subconscious. Breathwork today takes many different forms: the one we will mainly work with is Rebirthing Breathwork. It is the original, “purest” form of breathwork: it follows the body’s rhythm and restores the breath to its full, free flow.
WHY THIS MATTERS: our relationship to our breath represents our relationship to our life source. When we gently surrender to our breath, we also learn to open to our self, our life, the world.
About this challenge
This challenge is designed for women to nurture safety in their bodies, to release their long-held blocks, and step into their radiance.
During this online 3-week container, we will go through a journey of unraveling, releasing, and expansion. It will consist in:
- 4 Live group calls – workshop, somatic practice, Breathwork session
- Daily practice challenge of the week – each week you will be given a short daily practice aligned to the week’s theme
- Community – we will share our experiences and support each other through a vibrant group chat
- Closing ceremony – on Day 21, we will close with a Q&A and group sharing

Each live session will be on the Saturday of each week, at 6PM CEST on Zoom.
